Hey! Tuff Stuff Business Empowerment is me! Jess - a tender/tuff queer southerner who has been working with small businesses and nonprofits for seven years in many capacities. I am primarily self-taught and approach work with an empathetic and intuitive lens. I believe that small businesses and organizations are integral to their communities and that their creators deserve support that fits them and their comfort level. I am also a big fan of baseball, BBQ, and astrology.

I understand that running a business or organization can be vulnerable and exhausting work so I focus on clear and encouraging communication
I use active listening to gain a deep understanding of your mission and values in order to support you to:

Create websites and graphics that highlight your work, skills, and projects
Foster and teach the tools you need to thrive in your business
I aim to work in ways that are true to you, organized, and that minimize overwhelm
